Danh bạ BBM của bạn thay đổi như thế nào kể từ khi BBM phát hành đa nền tảng?

Gần 200 số BBM của em đã ra đi sau khi chuyển nhầm ID ( không biết anh Vnbb có cách nào giúp em được không ạ. Hôm qua e bán Z10 nhưng k muốn người ta phải cài lại nên đã Edit ID . k ngờ giờ em vào lại thì mất hẳn ID của e rồi. muốn restore danh bạ, tin nhắn, bbm cũng không được nữa (

Bạn chỉ còn cách nhờ người kia edit lại về Email của bạn thôi. Hoặc nếu bạn nhớ cái email đó thì đăng nhập lại vào trang sau để tự edit

To change the Username (email address) on the BlackBerry ID account:

• Visit http://www.blackberry.com/blackberryid from any browser.
• Select Sign in.
• Enter the current BlackBerry ID Username and Password, then click Sign In.
• Select Account Details.
• Next to Details, select Edit.
• Remove the current Username and replace it with a new Username (email address) that is not already associated to any other BlackBerry ID, then select Save.
  
  Note: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that was used as the new Username. Open the email message and click the link to confirm the change.
• Select Done > Logout.
