Theo thỏa thuận này, bộ phận nội dung số KMK Online của Emtek sẽ được lập ra tại Toronto Canada để có thể làm việc chặt chẽ với BlackBerry. BBM hiện đang có hơn 60 triệu người dùng hoạt động hàng tháng tại Indonesia. Quan hệ hợp tác này cho phép Emtek được cấp phép các hàm API của BBM để giúp họ phát triển các ứng dụng và dịch vụ tích hợp với BBM trên iOS, Android và Windows Phone.

Các dịch vụ của Emtek gồm có:

• Dịch vụ nội dung - âm nhạc và video, trò chơi, kênh thể thao và tin tức, blog người nổi tiếng và nhiều hơn nữa
• Thương mại điện tử - mua sắm, tặng quà và phiếu giảm giá (coupons/vouchers); đặt phòng xem phim, du lịch, dịch vụ y tế hoặc thông tin việc làm
• Tài chính - xử lý thanh toán, chuyển tiền, nạp tiền điện thoại di động, và các tiện ích thanh toán khác

To strengthen the alliance, Emtek's digital content arm KMK Online will establish an office in the Toronto area to work closely with BlackBerry.
