TCL đã chính thức cho lên kệ KEYone tại cửa hàng Selfridges trên đường Oxford, Luân Đôn với số lượng hạn chế, mức giá bán lẻ là 499£ (đã bao gồm VAT). Và người dùng tại Anh có thể tiếp tục mua KEYone từ các cửa hàng của Carphone Warehouse bắt đầu từ 05/05/2017.

UK cũng cho biết sẽ phân phối BlackBerry KEYone. Và các nhà mạng tại Canada và Mỹ cũng sẽ phát hành KEYone trong khoảng cuối Tháng 5.
